Digital ecosystems

We connect everyone who makes your business run.

Customers, partners, suppliers, talent and public bodies in one digital ecosystem, and a team that stays until it delivers.

Definition

What a digital ecosystem is

A digital ecosystem is a shared system where several participants (customers, partners, suppliers, professionals, public bodies) work together with common rules, data and tools.

It is not a portal or a marketplace: every participant has a role, permissions and a reason to take part. And it is not just software: someone has to deploy it, keep it active and measure it.

That is why we build it on Lobees, our modular platform, and deploy it with Forward Deployed Engineers inside your operation.

How we build them

The same method in every sector

Five phases with deliverables and KPIs, from the first interview to a working ecosystem.

  1. Phase 1Discover

An FDE joins your operation: a map of participants, processes and data, and opportunities ranked by impact.

  2. Phase 2Design

The ecosystem or operating model: Lobees modules, workflows, KPIs and a pilot plan.

  3. Phase 3Deploy

Built in phases, with weekly releases and real users from the very first phase.

  4. Phase 4Measure

Agreed KPIs, feedback from every participant and data-driven improvement.

  5. Phase 5Scale or transfer

We extend the ecosystem to more participants, or hand the capability over to your team.
